2CheckOut One Off Setup

This instruction will explain how to use Membership Client with PayPal to provide Recurring billing.  You should have:

  1. Already setup your script in your cgi-bin,

  2. Added at least one user (yourself) and one product you want periodically billed.

In Membership Client Main Admin Page (You should be connected to the Internet):

Step 1)  Select "Modify Settings"

Step 2)  On Script Setup Page (see below), go to "Which Company"
               dialog box.

Step 3)  Select "2CheckOut".

Step 4)  Make sure you have you 2CheckOut Merchant ID/Seller ID in the Seller ID field, and press "Setup Script."

Step 5) Login into your 2CheckOut account and goto the the "Look and Feel" page

Step 6) See image below.
- Make sure "Direct Return" is set to NO. Set the
- Approved URL, set it to http://www.YOURSITE.com/cgi-bin/order/order.pl (replace the the YOURSITE.COM bit with your own address).
- Your Secret Word to some value (same value as you have in the "Settings Menu" of MCP/admin.pl

Step 7) On 2CheckOut press "Save Changes" to save changes you made.

Step 8) All done! Now just generate the Buy Button HTML and do a test sale to make sure it all works.
